Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/4 (softened) margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white
1 cup (all-purpose) flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (mini, semisweet) chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the sugars, margarine, vanilla, and egg white in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfulls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Let cool.
